Gary Bingham and Koral Bingham- The Bingham Team
Gary's and Koral's experience and qualifications are unique in a number of ways. Gary is a licensed Real Estate Broker-Salesman in the State of Nevada, and has over 19 years of real estate experience in four states. Koral has been licensed agent for 10 years in two states. While in the real estate business, they've bought and sold their own primary residences, and vacation, and rental properties in four different states, including Nevada, Utah, Idaho and Texas. In addition, Gary served as an officer on a county/community planning committee, and as president of two prominent home owner associations located in resort communities.
Although Gary was born and raised in Southern California, he's maintained close strong ties to the Las Vegas area since the "old days" in the early '50s. If you were around in the '60s, you may have seen him cruising Fremont Street between Union Station and the Blue Onion. Gary attended Utah State University and graduated with a Bachelors degree in language in 1967. He was a founding member of the Phi Gamma Delta Upsilon Sigma fraternity. Before retiring from an executive level federal government position in Washington DC in 1997, he and Koral, had relocated more than 9 times to different cities and states. Every assignment and move was exciting, challenging and rewarding to both of them. Unknown to them at the time, Gary and Koral were already planting the seeds for their future careers in Real Estate.
Koral is an Idaho native with long running family ties in Idaho, Utah and Wyoming. She attended Utah University, was a member of the Sigma Kappa Sorority, and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology in 1967. After graduation, she pursued a challenging career in federal service, ultimately serving as a senior analyst in Washington DC. She has been a major part of The Bingham Team since 2,000. She earned her real estate license in 2006, and since then, she's been an equal partner in "The Bingham Team." Together, Gary and Koral have helped clients from all walks of life to buy and sell primary residences, vacation homes, rental condos, building lots, in city, rural, and resort areas, from Idaho to the Texas Gulf Coast. Their motto and commitment to their clients is "Real Estate Done Right".
